      The jacket came. The packaging was simple but well done. I loved it. The process of customizing was fairly simple. Every thing I asked for was done to my liking. My only knock is there were times that I thought that actually speaking to someone would have been a bit more efficient. Aside from that great experience. Thank you, she loved it.
