Refund Policy

At Vogue Jacket, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy explains how and when refunds are processed following a return, approved cancellation, or delivery related issue.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved. To qualify for a refund, the product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition with all tags attached.

Items showing signs of wear, misuse, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for a refund.

Refund Processing Time

Once the returned item has been shipped back and tracking details are provided, the refund process will begin. Approved refunds are initiated within 5 business days after inspection.

Please note that the time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

Refund Method

All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We do not offer refunds through alternative payment methods.

Partial Refunds and Deductions

In certain cases, such as approved order cancellations or non compliant returns, a deduction may apply as outlined in our Return & Exchange Policy. Any applicable deduction will be clearly communicated before the refund is processed.

Refunds for Damaged or Missing Deliveries

If an order arrives damaged or defective, customers must notify us within the timeframe stated in our Return & Exchange Policy and provide supporting images. Once verified, a refund or replacement will be arranged.

In rare cases where a shipment cannot be located or delivery cannot be confirmed within the stated delivery period, a refund may be issued after investigation and verification.

Non Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Used or worn items
  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Products damaged due to customer handling
  • Requests submitted outside the eligible timeframe
