Return & Exchange Policy (30 Days)
We strive to deliver high quality products that meet our customers’ expectations. However, if an item does not fit properly, differs from your expectations, or arrives damaged, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the delivery date, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Return Conditions
Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all tags attached. All returns are inspected upon arrival. Items showing signs of wear, damage caused by use, or alterations will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
Customers are responsible for arranging the return shipment and covering return shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees on returned items.
Refund Processing
Once the returned item has been shipped back and tracking details are shared, the refund will be processed within 5 business days after approval.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide clear images showing the issue. This allows us to review the case and offer an appropriate resolution.
Incorrect Size Requests (Standard Sizes Only)
If you receive an item in an incorrect standard size, you must contact our customer support team within 3 days of delivery. Please email clear images of the jacket within this timeframe so we can review your request for an exchange or return, subject to policy conditions.
Please note that product style, color, or measurement changes cannot be made after 24 hours of order placement.
Return Process
To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team via email with your order number and clear images showing the issue.
For size related concerns, please share images of the jacket being worn to help us understand the fit issue.
For damaged or defective items, provide images clearly highlighting the problem.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, a Return Authorization (RMA) number will be issued along with return instructions.
Returned items must be securely packaged and sent to the address provided in the RMA email. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, unless otherwise stated.

Custom Size & Customized Products
We offer custom sized and customized jackets designed specifically according to customer preferences. Due to the personalized nature of these items, custom orders are not eligible for returns or full refunds.
If a custom jacket does not fit as expected, we provide fit support options to assist our customers. This may include a complimentary first alteration or an exchange option, subject to policy conditions and customer support approval.
Customers requesting an exchange may be responsible for applicable shipping charges. All custom order concerns must be reported within the timeframe stated in this Return & Exchange Policy.

Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to keep our cancellation process fair and transparent.
- Orders canceled within 24 hours of placement are eligible for a full refund.
- Orders canceled after 24 hours but before shipping are subject to a 15% processing fee to cover handling and administrative costs.
- Once an order has been shipped or production has started, cancellations are no longer accepted.
Refunds for approved cancellations are processed within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping Damage Claims
If your item is damaged during transit, notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package and include clear images showing the damage so we can assess the claim.
Delayed Delivery
If delivery exceeds 29 business days from order confirmation and payment verification, you may be eligible for a refund.
For express shipments, if the order does not arrive within 6 business days after dispatch, you may request tracking confirmation. If shipment dispatch cannot be verified, a full refund including shipping charges will be issued.
Credit Card Orders
For purchases made using a credit card, cancellation requests must be submitted within 48 hours of placing the order.
If a cancellation or refund is requested after this period, a $10 processing surcharge will apply.
