Return & Exchange Policy — Vogue Jacket

At Vogue Jacket, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day hassle free return and exchange policy.

  1. Eligibility

  • You may return or exchange standard size items within 30 days of delivery for any reason whether they don’t fit, you changed your mind, or you simply don’t like them.
  • Made to measure or customized items are not eligible for a refund but can be returned for free alterations within 30 days.
  • Items must be in new condition unworn (except for try on), unwashed, and with original tags/packaging.

  1. How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at sales@voguejacket.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. Our support team will reply within 48 hours with return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using the provided instructions.

  1. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer pays return shipping for standard returns (wrong size, change of mind).
  • Vogue Jacket covers shipping if the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong product and we provide a prepaid return label.

  1. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping charges are non refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

  1. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are processed as a return + new order.
  • If you want a different size or color, mention it when you request the return.
  • Exchange shipping is covered by the customer unless the exchange is due to a mistake on our part.

  1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We will quickly arrange a replacement or full refund (including shipping).
