  • APO/PO Box Addresses: We are currently unable to ship to PO, APO, DPO or FPO Addresses.

Order Notifications

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation with a detailed invoice. If you do not receive this email, your order may not have been processed. Please contact us immediately in such cases.

Lost or Damaged Products

  • If your order on your tracking id is viewing delivered but you have not been receiving it, kindly please contact our customer support team within 5 working days from the tracking delivery date to initiate an investigation. (Note: All claims over 5 working days will not be accepted).
  • Once we have been verifying your order from our carrier, we will replace any lost or damaged orders if the item was lost or damaged in transit or either we will provide the customer with full payment refund or replacement of the order placed. (Note: Any orders who have already been verified and delivered but are claimed lost by customer will not be eligible for a refund)
